Job Description

Stellenbeschreibung: Regional Operation Launch Manager

Als Regional Operation Launch Manager verantworten Sie die operative Umsetzung von Launch-Projekten in Übereinstimmung mit der globalen Launch Governance Methodologie von DP World. Sie koordinieren funktionsübergreifende Arbeitspakete, stellen die Qualität der Ergebnisse sicher und fungieren als zentrale Eskalationsstelle für interne und externe Stakeholder während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Steuerung und Umsetzung operativer Launch-Aktivitäten gemäß unserem globalen Standard bei neuen Standorten vor Ort.
• Unterstützung des PMO-Teams in allen Projektphasen: Initiierung, Definition, Aufbau, Implementierung und Übergabe.
• Verantwortung für die funktionale Einführung von WMS-Lösungen inkl. UAT.
• Planung von Personalbedarf, Schichtstrukturen und Ramp-up.
• Unterstützung bei der Rekrutierung und Schulung neuer Mitarbeitender.
• Validierung und Umsetzung von Layouts, Prozessflüssen und administrativen Anforderungen.
• Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen über den gesamten Projektverlauf.
• Budgetverantwortung und proaktive Problemlösung zur Sicherstellung der Projektziele.
• Präsentation operativer Lösungen gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern.
