Aufgaben
Your impact with us:
- Market Development: Actively expand into new regions (UK/USA and/or France)
- Close the Deal: From cold outreach to closing — you own and manage the entire sales cycle
- Consultative Selling: You understand client pain points and deliver facts instead of marketing fluff
- Process Design: Develop and refine strategies to successfully scale our international sales efforts
Qualifikation
Your Profile:
- Language Skills: Fluent German + one additional focus language (English or French) at native or near-native level
- Sales DNA: Whether you bring 2 or 20 years of experience — you love closing deals and work independently
- Clear Communicator: You communicate directly, listen actively, and show authenticity
- Tech Affinity: You’re excited about SaaS and working with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)
