Student or Research Assistant

START IMMEDIATELY: Student or Research Assistant (m/f/d) for the "Bread and Beer" Project (25-30 h/month)

The "Bread and Beer" project is looking for a motivated student or research assistant to support laboratory and production work in the field of food and biology.

Your Tasks:

• Participation in biology laboratory work related to bread and beer production
• Measurement of protein content, MDA analysis, baking tests, and other laboratory activities
• Assistance in the day-to-day operation of the project

Requirements:

• Interest in biology lab work and/or food technology or food production
• Careful, structured, and independent working style
• No specific language requirements - both English and German speakers are welcome
• Suitable for undergraduate or master’s students from biology, agricultural science, food technology, or related fields

Employment period: Start as soon as possible; contract for 25-30 hours per month.
