Tasks
- You act as a primary point of contact for all assistance requests regarding an internal audit management tool. You will assist internal users of the tool with their questions on how to perform certain activities. Likewise, you will be the single point of contact from the technology supplier when communicating system upgrades or similar activities
- To participate in a project aimed at establishing a document management system solution based on Microsoft 365 SharePoint. The system should act as a turnkey for every legal entity globally wanting to implement a DMS as part of their quality systems
- Together with our team, you will develop a process to analyze nonconformities globally (Power BI or similar). The goal is to contribute to a risk management strategy in coordination with our Service Divisions and Corporate Departments.
- To participate in activities related to the implementation of a Global Quality Network that deals with key topics and issues driving up our organization’s quality
- To contribute to a project that gathers, analyses and creates action plans based on customer feedback
- Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring quality and accreditation-related projects. Support the team with every project-related activity from planning, user acceptance testing and to communicating and training
- Business Process modelling in Signavio (training available)
- Attendance of global quality forum and quality network
Qualifications
- University degree in the field of media informatics, communication, international business, or IT
- Interest in Quality and Accreditation Matters
- Project Management knowledge
- Familiar with process modelling methods and tools
- Good communication skills
- You can work autonomously in Excel, Teams, Power BI
- Good English and German skills, other languages are a plus
