What you'll do

• You are part of our first level support and support the IT department in receiving and processing all IT-related inquiries.
• You ensure that our hardware is ready for use – by setting up, dismantling and setting up the devices.
• You set up user devices, hand them over to our colleagues and customize them.
• You take care of security requirements and keep our systems up to date with regular updates and patches.
• You will work on exciting IT projects – both locally and globally – and actively contribute your ideas.

What you bring with you

• You are currently studying computer science, business informatics or a comparable subject.
• You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals.
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.
• You have already gained some practical experience in IT support or a similar field.
• You would like to apply your knowledge in practice and develop your professional skills.
