Technical Operations / Maintenance Controller
We are currently partnering with our client to support the growth of their Technical Operations team. This is a key position ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining the highest standards of airworthiness across the fleet.
About the Role
In this position, you will play a central role in supporting operational continuity, acting as a key link between flight crews, the OCC, and maintenance teams. You will be responsible for overseeing technical matters in real time and ensuring efficient resolution of any issues that may arise.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all technical queries from flight crews and the Operations Control Center (OCC)
- Monitor the overall technical condition of the fleet during operational hours
- Coordinate and manage AOG situations, ensuring timely recovery actions
- Analyse and follow up on technical defects reported across the fleet
- Support both in-house maintenance teams and external service providers
- Ensure that all maintenance activities align with safety standards and internal procedures
- Maintain compliance with the company’s quality system and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to ensuring continuous airworthiness of the fleet
Your Profile
- EASA Part 66 License (valid)
- Solid background in line maintenance (minimum 5 years)
- Experience with Embraer E190 and/or E190-E2 would be advantageous
- Familiarity with AMOS is considered a plus
- Strong ability to handle technical issues and AOG scenarios in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational and troubleshooting skills
- Confident decision-making, even under pressure
- Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to operational demands
- Full driving licence
- Fluent English (written and spoken); German would be beneficial
