Your responsibilities
- You work on the development and production of our products and are responsible for manufacturing prototypes and products
- You develop components and manufacturing processes with a focus on lightweight solutions for aerospace applications
- You participate in a fast and iterative development process, contributing your own ideas and concepts to our products
- You are responsible for scaling and industrializing manufacturing processes
- You support the team as a point of contact for process and material topics in the design of components, fixtures, and molding tools
Your profile
- You have a degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, or a related field
- You have some initial professional experience in manufacturing processes or lightweight construction
- Your excellent teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate with other teams set you apart
- You have strong manual skills and a practical, solution-oriented approach to work
- You are creative, curious, and passionate about innovative lightweight solutions
- You possess excellent English and German language skills
