As part of our team you will...
- work on the development, optimization, and improvement of VIP interior components and production processes in the field of aircraft and yacht interiors.
- independently handle development projects in the department in the medium term.
- research materials, technologies, and technology partners to find innovative solutions for our product design.
- work closely with project clients, suppliers, customers, partners, and testing and research institutions.
- create the necessary development plans and reports based on requirements and results.
- accompany the transfer of the product from development to production and create all relevant documents to ensure production quality in series production.
You're a good fit if you....
- have a technical education (HTL, FH, UNI), preferably with a focus on wood technology. School graduates are just as welcome as those with professional experience.
- can say that you are a skilled craftsman and enjoy working with your hands.
- enjoy teamwork and like to exchange ideas with those around you.
- count independent and solution-oriented work as well as an analytical approach among your strengths.
- have very good German and English skills so that you can also function well in an international environment.
