• You monitor and maintain the data in the ATOSS working time recording system with particular care
• You support the team with monthly payroll accounting, pay attention to deadlines and dates
• You manage personnel master data efficiently in the personnel information system and take care of the maintenance of personnel files
• You coordinate job interviews and take over the scheduling with confidence
• The creation of employment contracts, employment contracts, references and other personnel-related documents
• You create various analyses such as sickness rates and personnel planning independently and in a structured manner

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
• You have already gained professional experience in payroll processing
• You have a sound knowledge of German payroll tax, labour and social security law
• You are confident with MS Office applications
• SAP knowledge is required for the position, ATOSS knowledge is an advantage
• You have strong communication skills with employees from all areas of the company
