To strengthen our team in the area of Corporate Security, we are looking for a Country Corporate Security Manager (m/f/d) in permanent employment.
As Country Corporate Security Manager, you will play a critical role in protecting JTI’s people, assets and operations in Germany. The role ensures the protection of people, assets and operations by managing risk, crisis preparedness, and security operations across the German entity (Trier & Cologne), working closely with senior management and regional security leadership.

Your tasks:
- Lead and deliver the security strategy for JTI Germany, ensuring a risk‑based approach that supports business objectives
- Act as the country security lead, partnering closely with senior business leaders and the Western Europe+ Corporate Security Director.
- Drive risk assessments, crisis preparedness and incident response, including ownership of the Country Security Risk Register
- Serve as a key member of the Country Crisis Management Team, providing operational support, investigations and training
- Oversee people, asset, travel and executive security, as well as physical and technical security systems
- Lead and develop local security teams and vendors, including audits, assessments and compliance activities
- Manage the security budget, contracts and financial reporting
- Build strong internal and external partnerships, including law enforcement and security agencies
- Support regional security initiatives as required
Your profile:
- Relevant educational background: University degree or equivalent education with strong track or certification in corporate security
- Practical experience: Min. 5 years’ experience in private‑sector corporate security, military, law enforcement or intelligence. Solid experience in risk assessment, crisis management and security operations. Experience in the security field of a big-scale manufacturing site is a strong asset
- Valuable knowledge: Strong IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of technical security systems and networks is an asset. Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Special strengths: Proven project management experience within security environment, as well as in budget planning and financial oversight
- Suitable personality: Leadership skills, strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to work across senior leadership, external partners and authorities
