At the earliest possible date we are looking for a

full-time or part-time.

• Onboarding, personnel marketing, offboarding
• Creation of contracts, works council templates, job advertisements
• Close exchange with works council, payroll accounting, financial accounting, health insurance, schools and authorities
• Organization of employee leasing
• Maintenance of digital personnel files and the duty roster program (HR key user)
• Preparatory measures for monthly payroll accounting, monthly financial statements and preparation of annual financial statements

• Ideally experience in operational and strategic HR work and HR controlling
• Knowledge of collective bargaining and labor law as well as the ability to understand business contexts
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
• Initial experience with the ASES ATOSS and LOGA programs would be desirable
• You communicate confidently and empathetically at all levels of the company and have a strong sense of responsibility
