• You will be strategically and regularly trained as well as positioned for an agile and impactful management role, starting at our Global Corporate Headquarters and Automation Division in Ulm, Germany.
• Over the course of a comprehensive 6-months onboarding program, you will gain in-depth expertise in our automated materials testing portfolio and advanced automation technologies.
• You will be responsible for the positioning, development and production of innovative automation solutions for our focus region in China, as well as contribute to the success of our Chinese plant. You will also cooperate, communicate and proactively interact with our regional sales partners. Being successful, your impact will be widened to Asia and internationally.
• You start your future workplace in China at one of our actual legal entities, preferably in Shanghai, Taicang or Guangzhou. However, your working conditions are flexible and driven by the customer & supplier needs.
• Your focus will be to provide our customers with the best consulting and best fitting automation solutions for their todays and future needs.

• University Degree (Master/Bachelor) in Engineering, e.g. robotics & automation, mechatronics, mechanical, electrical/electronics.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, e.g. in the field of industrial automation, robotics engineering, control systems development, product marketing or business development in tech or engineering sectors in an international environment, preferable China/Asia.
• Business-level proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English; proficiency in German is considered an asset.
• Strong communication competence as well as cultural competence in Chinese business practices, enabling effective stakeholder engagement and market positioning.
