Your tasks?

• As an intern (f/m/x), you are the helping hand in our team when it comes to goods receipt – including customs clearance, parcel acceptance, and shipping.

• You support fleet management.

• You bring a fresh perspective to our processes by creating, describing, and optimizing them.

• You can expect an exciting insight into facility management, where you actively participate in space planning, workplace design, and the maintenance of our buildings.

• Furthermore, you support us in commissioning and managing service providers (m/f/d) as well as in organizing and moderating appointments and meetings.

• If required, you will also support other exciting topics within our Business Unit Governance & Business Services.

• You are an enrolled student (f/m/x) in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a comparable degree program and are motivated to actively support our team with a hands-on mentality.

• You find it easy to familiarize yourself with new topics and enjoy taking on responsibility.

• A solution-oriented way of working and empathetic communication characterize you.

• You are keen to work on-site with colleagues (f/m/x) in the office in Ulm.

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly.
