Als Supervisor (m/w/d/x) bist du das operative Bindeglied zwischen den Associates und dem Area Manager (m/w/d/x). Du unterstützt die Schichtleitung dabei, tägliche Abläufe in Logistik, Fulfillment oder Produktion zu koordinieren, und sorgst dafür, dass Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Produktivitätsstandards eingehalten werden. In dieser Rolle bist du nah am Prozess, kommunizierst aktiv mit dem Team, erkennst Engpässe frühzeitig und hilfst, Aufgaben effizient zu verteilen – immer im engen Austausch mit dem Area Manager (m/w/d/x).
Dein Verantwortungsbereich:
- Unterstützung des Area Managers (m/w/d/x) bei der Umsetzung des täglichen Logistikplans.
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses zwischen Associates, anderen Supervisors und dem Management.
- Überprüfung und Einhaltung von Arbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) sowie von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards.
- Unterstützung bei der Aufgabenverteilung an die Associates – du übernimmst keine Führungsverantwortung, sondern stellst sicher, dass alle wissen, was, wann und wie zu tun ist.
- Funktion als Trainer:in und Mentor:in für neue Associates, insbesondere in den ersten Wochen nach dem Start. Du unterstützt sie dabei, Prozesse, Sicherheitsregeln und Leistungsanforderungen zu verstehen.
- Beobachtung des Arbeitsfortschritts und Kommunikation von Abweichungen oder Problemen an den Area Manager (m/w/d/x)
- Nutzung von Systemen und Tools (z. B. Grafana, Tableau, Excel), um Prozessabläufe und Produktivität zu überwachen und sicherzustellen.
- Durchführung einfacher Analysen und Mitwirkung bei der Ursachenforschung (Root Cause Analysis) bei Prozessstörungen.
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Schichtübergaben und regelmäßige Weitergabe relevanter Informationen an die Schichtleitung.
- Sicherstellung, dass Mitarbeitende über die richtigen Werkzeuge, Informationen und Hilfsmittel verfügen, um ihre Arbeit effizient und sicher auszuführen.
Dein Profil:
- Erste Berufserfahrung in Logistik, Fulfillment, Produktion oder einem vergleichbaren operativen Umfeld.
- Verständnis für logistische oder produktionsbezogene Abläufe
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
- Kommunikationsstark, teamorientiert und vorbildlich im Umgang – du arbeitest respektvoll, lösungsorientiert und auf Augenhöhe mit dem Team.
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für Sicherheit, Qualität und Ordnung am Arbeitsplatz.
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, auch bei Zeitdruck oder sich ändernden Prioritäten.
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Systemen (z. B.GSuite).
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und zur Arbeit in unterschiedlichen Temperaturbereichen (z. B. Kühlbereich 0–4 °C).
