We work with top YouTubers and agencies across Europe, LATAM, and beyond. We are looking for a Short-Form Content Specialist who can bring our brand to life through standout content, creative storytelling, and genuine community engagement.

You will be joining the growth team at a critical moment, working alongside people who are actively building Talentir's presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

You will get hands-on with content, outreach, and growth experiments that directly shape how the creator economy moves forward. In one year here you’ll learn more about the creator economy, viral content mechanics, and digital growth than most people do in several years.

Tasks

What you will do

• Plan, produce, and publish high-quality short-form videos, posts, graphics, and threads that spark real engagement
• Spot trends early and turn them into relevant, high-performing content across platforms
• Build and engage communities by starting conversations, replying to comments, and creating shareable moments
• Maintain the content calendar and ensure consistent, timely publishing
• Collaborate with the team on case studies, landing pages, media assets, and storytelling projects
• Contribute to growth experiments including ad campaigns, referral loops, and funnels, and help track what is working
• Track and analyze performance, share insights, and continuously optimize for growth

Requirements

Who you are

• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Not just the trends, but the platform psychology behind them.
• You structure vertical videos for retention. Hooks, pacing, tension, payoff. You think in watch time.
• You can turn raw ideas or long-form content into scroll-stopping short-form formats.
• Confident with CapCut, After Effects, Premiere, or whatever tool gets the job done at a high level.
• Sharp script and caption writing skills that convert attention into action.
• Comfortable on camera with a clear sense of what performs visually.
• Data-driven. You look at retention curves, hook rates, and CTR, and you optimize based on performance, not vibes.
• Structured and reliable. Deadlines are respected. Output is consistent.
• Ownership mentality. When something underperforms, you analyze and optimize.
• Fluent English required. Additional languages are a plus.
• Genuine interest in the creator economy and building content that wins in competitive feeds.

1. Online interview (30 min): with our Junior Marketing & Communications Expert to talk about your background, interests, and creative thinking.
2. Creative task: details shared after the first interview. We keep it realistic and respect your time.
3. Online interview (30 min): meet our Head of Growth to dive into skills, experience, and expectations.
4. Office interview (1 hour): meet our founders in person and experience our culture firsthand.
