IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
This internship opportunity is available exclusively through the Erasmus program (students only, not young entrepreneurs). Applicants must be enrolled in a university outside Austria as per Erasmus guidelines. Please confirm your eligibility through your country’s Erasmus program before applying.

Tasks

As an Erasmus intern, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting research and gathering data
• Maintaining and updating our databases
• Supporting project management when required
• Assisting with sales tasks as needed

Requirements

Ideal candidates for this Erasmus internship will have:

• Eligibility to apply through the Erasmus program (please note: internships in Austria are not allowed for students enrolled in Austrian universities under Erasmus rules)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in a small team
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level; no certification required). Knowledge of German is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Punctuality, politeness, and a professional attitude
• Preferably, you are studying in the field of Business Administration / Management Studies, Data Management / Information Systems / Business Analytics, Marketing / Sales & Distribution, Economics, Project Management or International Business / Global Studies

• Office location: Central Vienna (U3/U4/S-Bahn "Wien Mitte"/"Landstrasse")
• Working hours: 30 hours per week (Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, including 30 minute lunch breaks)
• Two vacation days per month
• Office closed during Christmas and New Year’s holidays (~2 weeks)
