We need you for:

• Driving digital initiatives in Finance, including automation and workflow optimization
• Building and optimizing dashboards and KPI reporting with the Head of Finance to support data-driven decision-making
• Serving as the Single Point of Contact for all technical ERP and FP&A system‑related inquiries
• Improving processes across Accounting, Controlling and Finance Reporting
• Collaborating with IT, Operations and other departments to shape a future‑ready Finance systems landscape and support the Finance Next strategy

Your profile:

• Degree in Business Administration (Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or similar)
• Several years of professional experience in Controlling, Accounting or Finance Process Management
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and solid ERP system know-how (e.g. BMD, Business Central or similar)
• Strong analytical skills and structured process thinking
• Project management experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge Finance and IT effectively

For the cooperation in our team, we offer a payment in line with collective agreement (KV Handwerk und Gewerbe) based on a full-time position.
