The global financial stack was built for "Money In." Getting money out - to thousands of creators, contractors, artists, and vendors across borders - is still done through 40-year-old banking workflows: manual batches, delayed reconciliation, broken compliance, zero yield on funds in transit.

Talentir is the fastest Autonomous Payout Operating System within the industry. We combine Merchant of Record infrastructure, stablecoin settlement rails, automated VAT/self-billing compliance, and treasury yield into a single programmable layer. Your job is to help finance teams and their CFOs around the globe to make their payout operations more profitable and autonomous.

We're a lean and mean seed-stage company of nine. You'll be our second sales hire. The infrastructure and pipeline are real; the sales machine is what you'll help build and scale.

Tasks

Your Opportunity

We have an active pipeline representing over $2.2B in annual payout volume - music distributors, creator platforms, and royalty operators - now we’re building a sales operation, not only to close this pipeline but to win the entire market.

Building on your experience, you will be expected to be the driving force in building this sales machine. Talentir is already becoming the default payout software on the market, and you will amplify this.

You will not only have access to some of the most sophisticated outbound sales agents on the market, but you will also have the opportunity to work hand in hand with the best engineering team in the entire industry to build the one SDK other agents call.

What You'll Own

  • Closing enterprise customers. Deals range from $20M to $1B+ in annual payout volume. Your goal is signed and onboarded.
  • Run full-cycle enterprise sales. Prospect, qualify, run discovery, navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees (CFO, COO, Head of Finance), and close.
  • We actively help our enterprise customers implement the absolute latest available technology into their systems. You will handle the communications until the tech team takes over.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • Selling a real technical differentiator is what excites you.
  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales in fintech, payment infrastructure, or compliance SaaS - you've sold to CFOs or treasury leads before
  • You know what payout pain actually feels like - late settlements, reconciliation nightmares, VAT exposure across jurisdictions. You don't need to be educated on the problem.
  • High autonomy is where you perform best. You build pipeline, you don't wait for it.
  • You've navigated regulated financial products or technically complex infrastructure deals. "I'll send you to our SE" is not your default move.
  • You like to make money at scale. The commission structure here is designed so that closing the active pipeline alone is material upside.
  • Nice to have: German-speaking - our original market is DACH, being commercially fluent in it is a big plus
