Join a leading team in Switzerland as a Facilities Coordinator, driving seamless onsite operations for a major 12‑month project.

Proclinical is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support a team based in Switzerland, for a 12-month contract. This role requires full onsite presence and fluency in German. You will play a key role in managing infrastructure and logistics related to construction site containers, ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration with project leaders.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, update, and document the occupancy of construction site containers.
• Develop occupancy plans in coordination with project leaders.
• Organize alternative solutions during space shortages.
• Oversee costs and ensure accurate billing in collaboration with the Controlling team.
• Conduct detailed key control and maintain records.
• Ensure maintenance of facilities in partnership with suppliers.
• Address and resolve any issues to maintain the overall condition of the facilities.
• Support construction management during renovations and new builds.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field.
• Professional experience, ideally in property management or a related area.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and structured work approach.
• Willingness to work onsite full-time.
