What you will do:

• Represent the Global Master Data Management team in cross-functional and global initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve complex master data issues, conduct root cause analyses, and implement effective Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
• Design, develop, and enhance technical solutions for reporting, analytics, data visualization, and data quality management.
• Support major business rollouts by executing master data activities, including large-scale data migrations and mass data uploads.
• Manage and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure efficiency and reliability.

What we are looking for:

• A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, databases, and master data concepts.
• A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to drive better outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in an international, multicultural team.
• Working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
• Fluency in English and working proficiency in German.
