Project Engineer (m/f/d)

Tasks :

• Manage small to mid-sized investment projects impacting production and business results

• Conduct feasibility studies, process calculations, and plant optimizations

• Develop and evaluate technical concepts and solutions

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external resources

• Support production changes and product launches

• Drive process improvements and share technical knowledge

Qualification:

• Degree in Mechanical, Process, Chemical, or Bio Engineering (Master’s preferred)

• Strong project management and problem-solving skills

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication skills in English and German

• Leadership experience in matrix organizations

• High motivation and innovative thinking
