Proclinical is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support the Supply Chain organization in managing GMP-related change requests and concept changes. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements while driving efficiency in change management processes. You will play a key role in standardizing procedures, operating standards, and work instructions to establish a sustainable approach for quality-related activities. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage GMP-related change requests and concept changes using TrackWise.
• Ensure all changes are assessed, documented, reviewed, approved, implemented, and closed in compliance with GMP and QMS requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT, to conduct impact and risk assessments and plan implementations.
• Monitor progress on open change activities, follow up on actions, and ensure timely closure of records.
• Develop and maintain standardized procedures, operating standards, and work instructions for recurring change management activities.
• Capture lessons learned and best practices to create clear and sustainable ways of working.
• Support governance activities, reporting, and metrics related to change management and supply chain quality processes.
• Provide guidance on TrackWise workflows, documentation expectations, and approved procedures.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve quality-related supply chain processes.
• Assist with audit and inspection readiness activities related to change management and quality systems documentation.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience managing change requests, concept changes, deviations, CAPAs, or related GMP quality processes.
• Hands-on experience with TrackWise software is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, GMP requirements, and documentation standards.
• Experience in developing or maintaining procedures, work instructions, or business process documentation.
• Background in Quality Assurance or Quality Systems is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and drive activities with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational, analytical, follow-up, and communication skills.
