Your Responsibilities

By taking on the following responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to develop your potential and contribute to our success:

• Perform all activities required for the company's operations according to the instructions of your supervisor

• Carry out precision assembly and adjustments in accordance with the documentation

• Perform quality checks in accordance with the documentation and report any issues encountered during the work to your supervisor

• Meet the specified standard production times

• Perform regular cleaning, inspections, and preventive maintenance of equipment

Your Skills & Qualifications

• CFC in Polymechanics, Precision Mechanics, or an equivalent qualification in general mechanics

• Previous experience in industrial mechanical assembly, ideally in the machinery sector

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation

• Interest in industrial production, assembly, adjustment, and inspection

• Ability to handle unexpected situations and make sound decisions to solve problems efficiently in collaboration with colleagues and support departments

• Strong attention to detail, rigorous approach, and ability to work with a high degree of precision

• Ability to communicate effectively with different departments within the company

• Ability to work as part of a team and follow precise instructions independently

• Strong service mindset and customer orientation, both for internal and external customers
