Join a global team dedicated to enhancing operational excellence for the CS&D Service Delivery teams, supporting the adoption of SAP innovations by customers. This team focuses on business and operational support, including ensuring accuracy in activity recording and providing adoption-related reporting for service delivery leaders and their teams within CS&D Services.

Position title: SAP Service Delivery Operations iXp Intern – Analytics & AI Intern)

Work Area: Administration

In this role, you’ll:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements for new analytics assets and reports
• Developing and maintaining reports and analytics dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud
• Working with the team to review existing processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency through AI or automation
• Creating a pipeline of potential AI and automation initiatives aligned with business needs
• Developing AI and automation solutions using SAP tools as well as external technologies

What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Enrolled student (f/m/d)
• Computer Science, Engineering or other STEM related
• This assignment is well-suited for individuals eager to grow their programming skills, particularly in JavaScript or Python, and deepen their experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, and Excel. A strong sense of curiosity and creativity will help you explore innovative ways to apply AI and automation to real-world challenges in service delivery
• Fluent in english and german language
• In this role, you will contribute to continuous innovation and process improvement by enhancing reporting tools and analytics assets. You will engage in tasks that expand your technical skills and provide exposure to cutting-edge technologies in analytics and artificial intelligence
