What you'll do

You will execute specific tasks within work packages of the team

• Support project management by facilitating meeting, creating project documentation, tracking actions, and preparing presentations for town halls and quarterly updates.
• Create communication materials (blog posts, newsletters, enablement guides) and maintain our internal SharePoint pages and websites
• Support business stakeholders, identify business requirements for improvement of processes, tools and analytics assets
  Collaborate with research leads on driving customer & employee experience and communicating the results to internal stakeholders

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: business, marketing, economics
• Computer skills: proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, SharePoint is a plus
• Language skills: fluent English written and verbal, fluent German is a plus
• Soft skills: team player, networker with curiosity to learn and willingness to take ownership of tasks
• Experience in project management and strong presentation skills
• Working from Walldorf or Berlin office is required minimum two days a week

• We drive business requirements for customer-facing colleagues, continuous improvement of internal systems, processes and tools
• We discover business needs of our stakeholders and aligning the design and delivery of the systems and tools, analytical assets with software architects and IT. providing actionable insights to our leaders
• We collect and track feedback from customers and internal teams, create Experience Research dashboards and report the results
