Experience Engineering
Experience Engineering drives SAP's cloud transformation by developing revenue-generating applications and tools. We provide industry-leading and creative applications and services crafted using SAP technology. In delivering genuine business value, these solutions foster meaningful experiences for employees interacting with SAP technology. We are dedicated to revealing the transformative potential of technology for all employees, simultaneously inspiring our customers to embark on their unique journeys.

What you'll build

• Work in the PMO Office of Experience Technology Team and help steering different projects and teams
• Project management support in daily business, e.g. meeting organization and follow up, plan workshops or team events, create templates and briefing documents
• Prepare and provide clear and concise presentations for our product portfolio
• Set-up and maintenance of different product related SharePoints, WorkZone and other assets to inform about our offerings
• Support with controlling and reporting and work with different agile & documentation tools (e.g. Mural, Jira, MS Planner)

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) in the area of business administration, humanities, event management, business informatics or related fields
• Prior work experience in similar role or project management desirable
• Very strong knowledge of Microsoft office products, especially PowerPoint
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English and German
• High attention to detail
• Excellent time management for yourself and your tasks
• Creative, positive, "can-do” attitude and out-of-the-box thinking
• Be curious, open-minded and a real team player, who brings in new ideas proactively

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
