What you'll do
In this role you will contribute to strategic communications activities and support various projects within SAP’s partner business organization covering the Middle & Eastern Europe (MEE) region.
- Support internal and external communications activities.
- Help organize internal and external meetings and events.
- Project tracking, milestone management, and preparation of internal updates and presentations.
- Cross-team support in daily business activities.
- Assist with project coordination, planning and management.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure deadlines are met.
- Work independently while maintaining strong coordination with team members and stakeholders.
- Content creation and creative writing tasks (e.g., internal presentations, LinkedIn posts).
- Coordinate and track timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders for recurring communications and business projects (e.g., newsletters
What you bring:
The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful projects across teams and are energized by lifelong learning and working in a dynamic, international environment.
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: communications, marketing, business, or related field
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and writing skills with creativity and an eye for detail in content, design, and visual storytelling
- Positive, adaptable critical thinker with initiative and strong attention to detail
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Able to build positive working relationships across teams, functions, and cultures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint
- Language skills: very good verbal and written English; German or other European languages are a plus
