What you'll do

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to join our IT Project Management Office (PMO) team, supporting exciting Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) projects in the SAP environment. You will work closely with experienced project managers and agile teams, gaining hands-on experience in how complex IT transformation programs are planned and delivered.

• Support project planning, status reporting, and risk tracking
• Assist with small sub-projects (e.g. authorization, testing, or cutover preparation) or related to Merger and Aqustions within IT.
• Collaborate with scrum teams and participate in agile meetings
• Help maintain project timelines and documentation
• Contribute to building internal knowledge platforms and improving project governance
• Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

What you bring

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, IT, or a related field
• Interest in project management, IT systems (ideally SAP), and agile methodologies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Independent, structured, and proactive working style
• Good English skills, German is a plus

Join our Merger & Acquisition Center of Execellence EMEA (M&A COE IT EMEA) Team

We are a group of 12 people belonging to the overall M&A IT COE Team.

We orchestrate value delivery by providing M&A capabilities while contributing to SAP’s operational excellence. With our M&A CoE we are playing a key part in helping SAP to grow or downsize and thus strengthening our company’s overall competitive position.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
