The objective of this role is to support the leader of the business unit to manage the business as well as the team holistically. You will play an important role in supporting the achievement of revenue targets, managing the organization as well as supporting the extended team/stakeholder orchestration. This position will offer you the opportunity to actively take part in projects, drive activities (sales, management, administration or business processes enablement related) & gain a deeper understanding of one of SAP’s most promising solutions.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Project and Program Management of different business specific projects and programs
• Planning and supporting enablement programs
• Organizing weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings to manage sales execution governance
• Preparing forecast and alignment calls in terms of agenda, aligning and briefing speakers/content, organizing meeting rooms, managing recordings, etc.
• Driving and managing transparency for the MEE head in terms of different KPI’s and related reporting
• Executing the team’s internal communication and transparency strategy, i.e. maintaining SharePoint, foster knowledge sharing, rollout of information/announcements
• Coordination of pipeline and sales programs & associated best practices, collaborating with stakeholders on content delivery as well as execution side
• Supporting preparation of partner, customer and internal meetings/events, gathering content from stakeholders and preparing presentations
• Assisting with HR-related agenda
• Responsible for administrative tasks

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering with Business Studies (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen), Electronical Business, Marketing, General management, International Business/Management or similar
• Computer skills: High proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of Sales or Marketing processes is a plus
• Fluency in both English and German is a must
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter and ability to work independently
• Teamplayer
• Others: Previous SAP experience would be highly appreciated
• Location: Germany or Switzerland

Our team is responsible for driving the "GROW With SAP” customer journey to build our public cloud SAP Business Suite business as well as to further develop the S/4HANA Cloud, public Edition solution and business. We are part of the ‘Corporate Segment’ organization focusing on the complete Middle & Eastern Europe region, encompassing D/A/CH as well as Central & Eastern Europe. We collaborate closely with the Generalist sales organization, the Partner team, Marketing, Demand Management, Solution Advisory and other teams. We act as Evangelist for the solutions, assess the overall business situation in a given territory and work with other teams including Global Solution Management and Product Management to address the gap. We support our customers as well as our Partners by directly engaging in sales opportunities from initial qualification to closure.
