We are looking for a Senior IAM Engineer to join our Polish entity who is passionate about technology and eager to take on technical leadership of a small team. In this role, you will stay hands-on with cutting-edge Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions while guiding colleagues, fostering collaboration, and ensuring project success.

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring for a small team of engineers and consultants

• Design, implement, and optimize IAM and security solutions for enterprise clients

• Stay actively involved in engineering while ensuring high-quality delivery

• Collaborate with international teams and solution architects on modern IAM architectures

• Apply project management skills to align scope, timelines, and client expectations

• Help shape the technical direction of Ventum Digital Identity Services in Poland

What we’re looking for

• Strong technical background in Identity & Access Management, IT Security, or system integration

• Solid track record as Engineer or Consultant in IAM projects

• Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, or guiding teams

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (agile and/or classic)

• Fluent in Polish and English; German at conversational level is a plus

• Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and a hands-on mentality

• Motivation to take ownership in a growing international setup
