Job Description
- Overall technical responsibility for customer-specific industrial UPS and power supply solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Development of integrated technical solutions for industrial and critical applications, taking electrical and mechanical requirements into account
- Definition of system architecture and ensuring technical consistency across all relevant disciplines
- Technical leadership and coordination of engineering activities from the quotation phase through commissioning
- Responsibility for technical decisions, risk assessments, and compliance with relevant standards, specifications, and customer requirements
- Creation and technical structuring of customer orders and projects in SAP, including the definition and allocation of technical work packages for Engineering, Production, and Service
- Serving as the technical interface between customers, Project Management, Engineering, Production, and external partners
- Supporting FATs, SATs, commissioning activities, and the resolution of critical technical issues
Requirements and Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience with industrial UPS systems, power converters, power supply systems, or battery systems is desirable
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics, and system integration
- Experience in technical leadership and the implementation of complex technical solutions
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Excellent communication skills and strong command of English, both written and spoken
