- Own the Workday Recruiting roadmap with HR partners—translate multi-country requirements into clear configurations and actionable workflows.
- Design, Test, and Iterate: Delivering high-quality setups, dashboards, and reports that drive data‑informed decisions.
- Solve the Hard Stuff: Leading resolution of complex (3rd‑level) issues and guide teammates to elevate shared understanding.
- Deliver Reliably: Managing projects end‑to‑end to meet scope, time, and budget expectations.
- Champion Quality: Improving data integrity so stakeholders can trust the numbers.
Qualifications arrow_right
- Several years of experience in Workday Recruiting with solid reporting and implementation experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, HR, Business, or comparable field.
- Fluency in English; Workday Pro (Recruiting) is a plus.
- A strong grasp of HR systems & processes and the technical mindset to partner with IT and HR across diverse Business Groups.
- Customer‑centric, solution‑oriented, proactive, and team‑focused—able to explain complex topics simply and drive consensus.
