Responsibilities arrow_right
- In one-on-one meetings, you will inform Freudenberg Group employees about the options available for company pensions
- You will be responsible for the administration of company pensions, from providing information to issuing policies
- You will work closely with HR contacts within the Freudenberg Group on matters relating to company pensions
- Together with five other colleagues, you will be responsible for calculating company pensions for our former employees
- You will be the point of contact for our former employees and HR contacts for all questions relating to company pensions
Qualifications arrow_right
- You have commercial training, ideally with additional HR qualifications or similar
- Several years of professional experience in payroll or pension accounting would be an advantage
- You have a very good knowledge of German tax and social security law and enjoy working with numbers
- We require you to have a good working knowledge of MS Office, and basic knowledge of SAP-HR and LOGA would round off your profile
- You enjoy communicating and customer focus is your top priority
- You are fluent in spoken and written German
