SAP PP/QM Solution Architect & Functional Consultant (all genders)
Your responsibilities
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Quality Management implementations, rollouts and transformation projects.
- Design and optimize production planning, manufacturing and quality processes across SAP PP and QM.
- Configure and enhance key areas such as MRP, production orders, capacity planning, inspections, quality notifications and traceability.
- Ensure seamless integration with MM, WM/EWM, SD, CO and shop floor systems.
- Facilitate workshops, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and drive testing, cutover and hypercare activities.
- Support productive systems and continuously improve manufacturing and quality processes across international sites.
Your profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience as an SAP PP/QM Consultant or Solution Architect, ideally in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong expertise in SAP PP (MRP, production planning, capacity planning, BOMs, routings) and SAP QM (inspection planning, quality inspections, notifications and certificates).
- Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, quality management and shop floor processes.
- Experience with cross-module integration (MM, WM/EWM, SD, CO) and interface technologies (IDoc, XML, EDI).
- Proven experience in SAP implementation, rollout and transformation projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-oriented, communicative and comfortable working with international teams and senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
