Planning & Control: You review and control sales and production forecasts in the short, medium, and long term, including product launches and delistings. You are also responsible for item scheduling and consistently track deliveries to ensure reliable product availability at all times.

Supply security & coordination: You identify supply and quality problems at an early stage, communicate them clearly, and actively promote sustainable solutions. In addition, you are responsible for interface management between internal departments, such as marketing, sales, production, and purchasing, as well as external partners such as suppliers.

Systems, reporting & optimization: You maintain planning master data in ERP and planning tools and prepare relevant data for reports and meetings. In addition, you are responsible for key KPIs, such as delivery reliability and inventory, and drive the continuous improvement of processes along the supply chain.

Education & professional experience: You have commercial or technical training or a degree in economics or logistics. Two years of experience in SCM functions in demand planning and scheduling would also be desirable.

Systems, Tools & Language: You have good ERP skills, ideally in SAP, and excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel. You also have very good English skills.

Skills & working style: You have strong structured, analytical problem-solving skills. In addition, you are strongly customer-oriented, a team player, and have excellent communication skills, even in an international and intercultural environment.
