Key Responsibilities:
- Based on the VEACT products, you coordinate and control cross-channel marketing campaigns and activities, advise customers & continuously expand the customer relationship in terms of upselling

You work on marketing and sales strategies and implement them in
a target-oriented way -
You proactively support clients in the design of campaigns from the
existing campaign portfolio but also in the design and implementation of new sales and aftersales campaigns - You continuously optimize internal processes and further develop quality assurance measures
- You maintain and use our CRM system for the provision and documentation of services
- You ensure a high frequency of contact with our existing international customers (this may also include the necessity of customer visits or customer events with travel and occasional overnight stays)
- You are responsible for achieving the agreed targets in the markets
