Life as a Account & Project Lead

You’ll be the connection point between clients, creatives, and technical experts, translating ambition into execution. With a sharp strategic mindset and hands-on approach, you’ll drive momentum, elevate collaboration, and ensure every deliverable reflects speed, quality, and intent.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Drive Project Direction: Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables, aligning every initiative with client ambition and performance goals.
• Lead High-Performance Teams: Orchestrate cross-functional talent across creative, strategy, and production to deliver seamless outcomes.
• Own Client Partnerships: Act as the trusted lead, managing communication, expectations, and long-term relationships.
• Optimize Delivery Workflows: Identify inefficiencies and implement smarter processes to accelerate execution without compromising quality.
• Ensure Precision and Quality: Oversee outputs with a sharp eye, maintaining consistency, accuracy, and brand integrity.
• Manage Budgets and Resources: Control project finances, allocate resources effectively, and mitigate risks proactively.
• Lead and Develop Teams: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of Digital and Project Managers, fostering growth, ownership, and high performance.
• Champion Team Alignment: Facilitate transparent communication, encourage feedback, and build a cohesive team culture that drives results

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 55,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer. Our internal compensation framework is designed to keep things fair, structured, and clear.
