The team of the The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position:

Accounting Clerk - Accounts Receivable

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing outgoing invoices and billing for hotel services and events
• Monitoring and reconciling guest ledger and city ledger accounts
• Posting and allocating incoming payments (bank transfers, credit cards, cash)
• Following up on outstanding balances and managing the accounts receivable aging report
• Communicating with corporate clients, travel agencies and partners regarding billing inquiries
• Reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies
• Preparing weekly and monthly receivable reports
• Assisting with month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable
• Supporting the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Maintaining accurate records of customer accounts and payment activity

Your Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in hotel or business management
• Very good understanding of numbers
• Very good MS-Office knowledge
• Independence and team spirit
• knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language is required, any further foreign language is advantageous

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based on full-time employment, is € 2.263,00 per month. A higher salary may be offered, depending on your qualifications and experience.
