Life as an AI Content Designer

At LOOP, we don’t see AI as a tool — we see it as a system. A system that enables content to be created, adapted, and scaled at a level that traditional production simply can’t match. We’re looking for an AI Content Designer who combines strong design craft with an operational mindset.

Someone who doesn’t just create assets, but builds the logic behind how they scale. You’ll operate at the intersection of design, automation, and production, turning single campaign ideas into high-volume, multi-market output for FMCG and global brands. Working closely with account, production, and content teams, you’ll help shape how modern content systems actually work in practice.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Create & Adapt at Scale: Turn key visuals into high-volume asset sets using AI-supported workflows
• Build Scalable Workflows: Develop repeatable production systems (1→100 variations) combining AI, templates, and structured logic
• Think in Systems: Move beyond single assets and design for scalable content ecosystems
• Integrate into Real Environments: Apply workflows within social, CMS, and retail setups — not in isolation
• Drive Adoption Through Output: Lead by doing — show what works through real production
• Experiment & Validate: Test tools and approaches in live environments and focus on what delivers actual value
• Collaborate Across Teams: Align scalable output with design, content, editorial, and project planning
• Own Systems & Output: Take responsibility for both the assets and the workflows behind them

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 45,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer.
