tasks
We are looking for a talented and experienced AI Solution Developer who specializes in implementing solutions based on Artificial Intelligence and in particular Large Language Models (LLMs). In this role, you will develop innovative AI applications that inspire our customers and optimize their business processes.
- Implement and customize AI-based solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Working with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement AI initiatives
- Analyze and optimize existing AI models and systems to improve performance and usability.
- Integration of LLMs into existing software architectures and workflows.
- Conducting tests and validations to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of AI solutions
- Documentation and training for our customers to use and develop the implemented solutions.
- Active monitoring of the latest trends and developments in the area of AI and their possible applications.
Profile
- Completed studies in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence or a related field; master's or higher qualifications are an advantage.
- Profound knowledge and practical experience with Gen AI or Agentic AI systems.
- Experience implementing AI solutions in commercial applications.
- Extensive programming skills in Python and frameworks such as Streamlit and FastAPI.
- Experience with cloud platforms (particularly Microsoft Azure) and their AI services.
- Experience with container technology (Docker) and Git
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English and the ability to communicate complex technical content in an easily understandable way.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

In addition to an interesting, constantly evolving work environment, we also offer compensation for your work in line with your level and position. For legal reasons, we refer to the minimum annual salary of 55,356.00€ for full-time employment (38.5 hours) under the collective agreement. The final salary is, of course, based on your individual experience.
