To strengthen our global team in Vienna , we are looking for an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager North Africa (m/f/d) for the sale of Kraft and publication Papers. In this key role, you will shape the growth of our business in Tunesia, Marocco and Algeria while taking full responsibility for the commercial performance of your department. What we are looking for:
•
Education
: Degree in economics, sales, logistics, business development, or related field
•
Experience
: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the paper & packaging industry, including a proven sales track record and strong local market know-how
•
Languages:
Fluent English and French, Arabic is a plus, German is not a must
•
IT Skills:
Proficient in MS Office, SAP knowledge is a plus
•
Personal skills
: Strong, proactive personality, excellent negotiation skills, confident and persuasive communicator, target-driven with entrepreneurial mindset
•
Social skills
: High degree of intercultural awareness and willingness to travel
Your contribution to building bridges:
Operational Sales
• Prepare offers and define optimal logistics solutions with back-office support
• Lead negotiations with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders
• Manage international trade processes (trade finance, LC’s, logistics, and shipping)
• Handle quality and major transport claims
• Organize business trips and maintain regular reporting
Business Development & Regional Ownership
• Develop and grow the Kraft and publication paper business in North Africa, including market research
• Take responsibility for the performance and financial results of your department
• Build and maintain relationships with key sourcing and sales partners
Leadership & Department Management
• Lead and develop your team
• Manage sales, budgeting, and planning
• Define departmental strategy and ensure proper credit management according to internal guidelines

Compensation
: We offer an annual salary package starting from EUR 70.000,-- (performance-related share on top) with willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications.
