Our achievements are driven by a dedicated and diverse team that plays a key role in shaping the future of our industry.In this newly created position, you will report directly to the CFO and take full ownership of Group Accounting activities. You will play a key role in establishing transparency, ensuring high-quality financial reporting and acting as a central interface between the holding and international production entities.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Full ownership of accounting activities for selected group entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with Austrian UGB.
• Coordination of VAT reporting and support in corporate tax topics in collaboration with external advisors.
• Establishment and further development of cost transparency and reporting structures.
• Management and reconciliation of intercompany balances across international entities.
• Coordination with finance teams at international production sites to ensure consistent accounting standards.
• Involvement in and ownership of intercompany recharging processes and related documentation.
• Main point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and authorities.

Your Role in the Organization

• Take ownership in building and strengthening Group Accounting structures.
• Act as a reliable interface between headquarters and international production sites.
• Bring a hands-on mentality and drive topics independently from start to finish.
• Contribute to change processes in a pragmatic and solution-oriented way.
• Support the development of scalable structures in a growing international environment.

Your Profile

• Certified Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in accounting, ideally in an international industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Austrian UGB and tax regulations.
• Mandatory experience with BMD.
• Experience with group accounting and intercompany processes.
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style.
• High level of self-motivation and ownership.
• Team player with good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and countries.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and accompany change processes.
• Fluent in English and German
