Client Experience:
- Schaffen Sie unvergleichliche Einkaufserlebnisse und hinterlassen Sie bei jeder Interaktion einen unauslöschlichen Eindruck.
- Sie stellen die Spitze des luxuriösen Einkaufserlebnisses in den Geschäften dar und sorgen für eine tadellose Präsentation, ein gutes Benehmen und Gastfreundschaft.
- Gehen Sie auf Kundenanfragen und -probleme mit Anmut ein und sorgen Sie für eine reibungslose Problembehebung.
Client Development:
- Verkörpern Sie unsere Marke und knüpfen Sie Kontakte zu potenziellen Kunden, insbesondere zu solchen aus dem gehobenen Schmucksegment.
- Pflegen Sie bestehende Kundenbeziehungen, indem Sie fortschrittliche CRM-Tools einsetzen, um eine lebenslange Loyalität unter unserer geschätzten Kundschaft zu fördern.
Retail Experience:
- Übertreffen Sie die Verkaufsziele und die Erwartungen an den Service, indem Sie unvergleichliche Leistungen erbringen.
- Beherrschen Sie geschäftliche Leistungskennzahlen, um den Erfolg zu steigern.
- Gestalten Sie fesselnde visuelle Merchandising-Displays, um unsere hochwertigen Schmuckstücke makellos zu präsentieren.
Operational Excellence:
- Beherrschen Sie die Warenwirtschaftssysteme, die nahtlose Transaktionen und Datenbankmanagement ermöglichen.
- Gewährleisten Sie die Genauigkeit des Inventars durch sorgfältige Handhabung und Lagerung in Übereinstimmung mit den Unternehmensstandards.
