CRM Manager (f/m/d)

As CRM Manager, you will shape and execute the CRM strategy for our casino platform in the Swiss market, focusing on customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management, you will use marketing technology and AI tools to create relevant, data-driven customer experiences.

• Develop and execute automated and ad-hoc CRM campaigns across email, on-site, and push notifications to increase customer lifetime value (CLV)
• Coordinate campaign requests with the local partner and manage customer journeys to improve engagement, conversion, and retention
• Oversee the end-to-end campaign process, including content creation, audience segmentation, A/B testing, quality assurance, deployment, and performance analysis
• Create campaign assets using AI tools or in collaboration with the internal Graphics team
• Ensure campaigns comply with regulatory requirements and internal standards
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align CRM activities with the overall marketing strategy
• Monitor campaign delivery and performance, identify issues, and support reporting, including reports for the local regulator

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a comparable qualification
• At least 2 years of experience in CRM, ideally including customer journey creation, campaign analysis, and audience targeting
• Experience with marketing automation tools such as Optimove or similar platforms is an advantage
• Good understanding of CRM campaign fundamentals, including deliverability, A/B testing, segmentation, and data analysis of performance metrics
• Experience in project management and the ability to understand and navigate complex interdependencies
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to prioritize tasks and resources based on business impact
• Interest in and affinity for using AI tools to improve everyday workflows
• Fluent English skills; additional language skills in German, French, or Italian are an advantage

• The minimum gross annual salary for this position according to the applicable collective agreement is €45.738,- (full-time basis, paid in 14 salaries). A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
