• You can handle the common MS Office programs

• You are the first point of contact for our customers
• You handle all incoming telephone inquiries
• You are responsible for complaint management
• You document all incoming calls/e-mails in the program provided for this purpose

• You will receive a thorough induction
• You will get a workplace in a modern, easily accessible office in the 2nd district
• We conduct regular feedback meetings
• We will create your duty roster in advance so that you know in good time when you will be assigned

A gross salary of € 2,005.27 is offered on a full-time basis
