As our Executive Chef you will lead our kitchen team and work closely with F&B Management in order to provide our guests with a culinary experience of the highest caliber with the entire kitchen brigade.
Your main responsibilities:
- Independent management and leadership of the entire kitchen team, as well as responsibility for smooth service operations
- Quality assurance and control, guidance, and training of all employees, apprentices and trainees
- Organization of purchasing and inventory management
- Creation of menus and promotions for all outlets
- Organization and implementation of all hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
- Optimization of kitchen department productivity
- Shift scheduling and vacation
- Performing and overseeing employee trainings regarding quality and safety standards, as well as staff development
Your qualifications:
- Professional experience in leading a kitchen team in luxury hotels or fine-dining gastronomy
- Technical and leadership skills
- Social competence and teamwork
- Quality awareness and organizational strength

The monthly salary is according to the Austrian collective contract (category 1 of hospitality and gastronomy) – with a willingness to overpay concerning experience and qualifications.
