Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, offering solutions and assistance proactively.
  • Performance Monitoring : Monitor and evaluate the performance of customer service, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
  • Reporting : Preparing and presenting reports on customer service operations, including metrics such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Proactive Support : Anticipate and address potential customer issues before they become problems, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Customer Advocacy : Act as the voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback to internal teams to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
  • Education and Training : Providing ongoing education and training to customers to help them maximize the value they receive from the product or service.
  • Handling Escalations : Address complex or escalated customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in service management tools and CRM systems
  • Project/Change Management experiences with international Large Corporate Customer projects
  • Analytical mindset with problem solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement
  • Fluency in English and German required.
  • Technical Background and Knowledge of IOT, Data Networks and Mobile Telecommunication Technologies
  • Ability to understand and to translate customer needs and challenges for technicians, product managers and sales.

Our performance-based-salary models reward extraordinary commitment and success. The minimum annual gross salary is EUR 60.000,00. The actual annual salary depends on your skills and experience.
