To support our ongoing digitalization and innovation initiatives, we are looking for an experienced IT Expert with Project Management Experience (m/f/d) who enjoys driving projects end-to-end and collaborating across technical and business functions.

Your Responsibilities

• Take hands-on ownership of IT and digitalisation projects from initiation to successful delivery.

• Ensure adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project communication, reporting, and documentation in a structured and transparent way.
• Conduct business analysis and requirement engineering in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support and accompany change initiatives within the organisation .
• Design, plan, and execute projects together with internal and external stakeholders, with a strong focus on innovation-driven initiatives.
• Analyse and optimise existing processes to develop concrete, value-driven solution proposals.
• Foster strong teamwork by supporting colleagues with your IT expertise and project management know-how.

Your Profile

• Completed education in IT (technical college, HTL, university, or university of applied sciences).
• Several years of hands-on experience delivering IT or digitalisation projects.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into workflows across a diverse software ecosystem, is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience executing IT or digitalisation projects in pragmatic environments, with a clear focus on delivery rather than formal methodologies.
• Practical experience supporting process improvements & implementations in larger organisations is a strong plus.
• Proven experience navigating complex setups with diverse stakeholders, with a strong focus on simplifying processes and driving automation.
• A structured, organised working style combined with strong technical understanding.
• Excellent english or german skills, both written and spoken, is a a must.
• A strong mindset characterised by excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Proven stakeholder management skills as part of a solid understanding of change management principle are an advantage.
• Self-driven and lifelong learner.

For this position (Fulltime), we offer a gross annual salary starting at 53.760,- EUR, according to the valid IT collective agreement with the willingness to overpay according to qualifications and professional experience.
