Your mission
As an HR Generalist, you ensure efficient HR processes, provide active support in Learning & Development, Skill Management, and Recruiting, and contribute to a positive corporate culture through professional office management and comprehensive HR support.

• Run the MIC Academy in collaboration with the Learning & Development Manager
• Coordination and administration of internal and external training courses
• Assistance in Skill Management topics
• Processing the career mailbox and placing job ads
• Support the recruiting process, incl. onboarding and offboarding
• Responsible for the office management in the Vienna Office

Your skills and qualifications

• Completed commercial education (HAK, FH, Uni or similar) with a focus on HR
• Several years of professional experience in HR
• Good MS Office 365 skills and confident use of IT tools
• Team player with a learning mindset, high service orientation, open and communicative personality
• Organizational talent, independent way of working, and problem-solving skills
  Very good in German and English (written & spoken)

Compensation
We are legally obliged to mention the compensation for this position. We offer a minimum salary of € 44,450 gross per year (full-time employment). We offer a higher salary in line with your qualifications and experience.
