At LOOP, we create premium visual content that helps brands stand out across social and digital channels. We're looking for a Senior Photographer who lives and breathes visual storytelling and brings extensive experience creating world-class imagery for luxury automotive brands.

From meticulously crafted studio productions to dynamic on-location shoots, you combine technical excellence with a refined creative eye to capture vehicles with precision, emotion, and craftsmanship. Beyond the camera, you'll lead productions with confidence, mentor junior talent, and help shape a collaborative studio culture where ideas, creativity, and teamwork thrive while consistently delivering the premium standards expected by the world's leading automotive brands.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Productions: Plan and execute high-end studio and on-location photo shoots for premium campaigns, with proven experience delivering exceptional productions for luxury automotive brands, taking ownership from creative concept through final asset delivery.
• Master Professional Lighting: Design and build advanced lighting setups that showcase vehicle design, materials, paint finishes, and craftsmanship, applying expert technical knowledge to achieve consistent, premium-quality results across diverse environments.
• Create Brand-Defining Visuals: Translate creative concepts into premium photography for campaigns and always-on content, demonstrating exceptional expertise in automotive composition, reflections, color, styling, and image consistency while staying ahead of luxury automotive and social content trends.
• Direct Creative Talent: Confidently guide models and talent to create authentic lifestyle imagery that complements automotive storytelling, achieving strong performances and a cohesive visual language aligned with each brand's identity.
• Collaborate and Elevate: Partner closely with Producers, Content Strategists, Social Brand Teams, Videographers, Editors, and clients to develop innovative creative solutions while mentoring junior photographers and fostering a collaborative studio environment.
• Optimize Production Workflows: Oversee image selection, basic grading, retouching handovers, and contribute hands-on to advanced retouching when needed, ensuring efficient production processes and exceptional final output using Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One.
• Drive Studio Excellence: Maintain production-ready equipment, travel as required for productions, contribute to integrated photo and video projects, uphold organized workflows, and help make LOOP's studio a creative home where ideas, craftsmanship, and teamwork thrive.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 45,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer. Our internal compensation framework is designed to keep things fair, structured, and clear.
